Reviews for Korg Triton Extreme 76-Key Synth Workstation

Quality:
I have had two triton extreme 76-key models within the first 90 days. The Touchscreen had intermitent problems with the first one (serial # 976). Korg told me that they were aware of the problem, and suggested I take it to a repair center. The repair centers all wanted the keyboard sitting in their shop for two weeks before it got on the bench. I of course could PAY to get them to look at it immediately, but I didn't feel like as the consumer I should have to shell out to get a production bug fixed. I wound up taking it back to the dealer who replaced it with serial # 1649. Korg assured me that I would NOT have the problem with this serial #. Well they were wrong. After 1 month of having the new keyboard, it has now started booting up with a dead touchscreen. I am so fed up with Korg's quality. This is not right.

Desirability:
I thought I wanted it.

Support:
Very slow repairs. Very slow phone support.
